Our Story
But as we looked at the digital world our children were growing up in, we noticed a worrying trend: Passive consumption.
Kids were watching screens, but they weren't interacting with them. They were hearing words, but they weren't learning how to use them to express their big ideas.
Omli Kids was born out of a simple mission: To move children from 'Silent Scrolling' to 'Confident Speaking.'
The Gap We Saw
We realised that while schools focus on reading and writing, the most critical skill for a child's future - Cognitive Communication - was being left to chance.
We saw brilliant children who struggled to find the right words, and creative thinkers who didn't know how to structure their thoughts. We wanted to build a bridge between having a thought and having the courage to say it out loud.
